Office Space available

Are you a local charity or community organisation looking for affordable office accommodation close to the centre of Harrogate?

We currently have one smaller office available to let (suitable for 2-3 people). If you are a registered charity or voluntary organisation and would be interested in joining our 15 tenants please contact us to arrange a no obligation viewing.

We aim to provide a friendly and welcoming working environment for all our charity tenants, with discounted meeting room use and reception services included.

Rents are non-profit-making and include: utilities, rates, insurance, repairs, maintenance, cleaning and shared kitchen facilities. A full reception service is provided Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 16.30.

25 years of Harrogate Community House

We recently celebrated 25 years of Harrogate Community House with a visit from the Mayor and Mayoress. We had a get together with representatives from our charity tenants to hear about the vital work they do both in Harrogate and internationally.
