Meeting Rooms / Training Rooms Hire
Our Harrogate town centre meeting rooms are available for hire at very reasonable hourly rates from 9.00 am to 9.30 pm each day. Weekend and evening meetings can be held with the collection of a key in advance or use of our key safe.
Our two larger rooms are able to seat up to 25 people and are designed to provide easy access for all.
Each room is fully equipped and provides:
- projector (with connections for using a laptop)
- screen
- DVD/CD player
- flip chart stand
- loop system
- Free Wi-Fi
We also have a Polycom Studio system available to hire for video conferencing.
Kitchen facilities are available, just bring your own refreshments.
We have 2 smaller meeting rooms available for up to 5 people ideal for those who are looking for somewhere to hold one to one meetings, interviews or counselling sessions.
Meeting Room Rates
Community House Tenants £6.00 per hour
Charitable /Voluntary organisations £8.00 per hour
Statutory organisations £15.00 per hour
Private/Commercial £18.00 per hour
Polycom System £5.00 per hour
